No Gym? That’s No Excuse!

Trainerpack Workout: Angel Body
TP says: “This year’s Victoria Secret’s fashion show inspired us to build a program that is specific to building super lean tight bodies. Lean bodies come from doing lots of cardio and using very light weights. This is the reason that there are 8 exercises where you are doing 20 or 30 reps per exercise.”

Trainerpack Workout: Chest and Back

This workout is designed to target your chest and back muscles which are one of the largest muscles in the body. This is why it is very important to train them as they consume a large number of calories.
