This is thepinkcookie’s lunch. Since I have no way of uploading pics right now, I just have to steal some from my favorite nutrition-lovers. Anyway, I LOVE Greek salads.
Try making your own Greek salad with spinach (instead of iceberg or the like), red onion, tomato, cucumber, olives, grilled chicken, and a sprinkle of feta (and those spicy peppers if you can find ‘em!). I find restaurants usually add way too much feta to their Greeks. A little feta goes a looong way. But yes, TPC, it does have protein! Greek dressing can be easily made from olive oil, cider or red wine vinegar, a little lemon juice, garlic, dry mustard, dry oregano, and salt/pepper.
