Snack Attack!
My absolute favorite yogurt, from Trader Joe’s, has 120 calories in the honey flavor, and a whopping 14 grams of protein (with no fat and 17g carbs). The best thing of all? It’s sweetened with honey instead of HFCS or artificial sweetener. It also comes in blueberry and pomegranate flavors (honestly? I’m pretty in love with all of them).
Try adding nuts (walnuts, almonds) and fruit and calling it breakfast (or another small meal).
