Friday Day in Food
Lunch, 1:00pm: Amy’s Especial Burrito, green beans
I brought the green beans to work trimmed, washed, and ready to go. When lunchtime came around, I just microwaved them for a minute or two. Definitely al dente, but sweet and delicious. I liked that method and would do it that way again. The burrito was meh. I guess I prefer ‘em with cheese. Who can blame me?
After lunch, I treated myself to a small serving of TJ’s fat-free tart froyo and half a small donut someone brought in. Yum.
