Friday Day in Food
Breakfast, 8:00am: Fage 0% Greek yogurt, half a TJ’s Moral Fiber blueberry bran muffin
I later added ground flax, a squeeze of agave, and a teaspoon of peanut butter to give my breakfast a little more oomph. I’m obsessed with Trader Joe’s bran muffins! The ingredients and nutritional stats are fabulous.

Half a muffin has 120 calories, 3g fat, 3g protein, and 6g fiber. Plus, the ingredients are all things I recognize and would probably use in a homemade bran muffin. I got some extra protein in my b’fast with the Greek yogurt and PB. The bites with a little bit of everything were wonderful!
Technical question: Why can’t I get the little thumbnail image indicating more photos in the post for Tumblr dashboard users? There are two photos in this post, but Tumblr users would never know it! If you know what I’m doing wrong, please let me know.
