Trainerpack Workout: Boot Camp
Another workout courtesy of Trainerpack. This one will really get your weekend going. I’m actually going to try it out today, so I’ll let you know how it goes! Boot Camp requires no equipment, so you can do it anytime, anywhere.
Miss Trainerpack says:
I want to put on my army pants and blow my whistle and yell: “GO GO GO” but that might seem a bit too commanding. Instead I will invite you out for a pleasant workout. Bootcamp is the latest, greatest, most fun workout. Actually it feels more fun after you have completed it. So put your running shoes on, grab a water bottle and take it outside. You will be doing some jump lunges, jump squats and push ups! Oh yeah, prepare to sweat. Have fun.
