Make It (now, trust me): Banana Soft Serve
I finally (FINALLY!) got around to making Gena’s banana soft serve. I know I’m way late to the party on this one, but… if this doesn’t sell you on the idea that for every food that’s overly processed and nutritionally void, there’s a healthy equivalent that tastes just as good but offers you lots of nutrition. And this recipe also proves the much-argued point that healthy doesn’t have to be hard! Making banana soft serve is probably as easy as it gets:

Cut up 2-3 bananas into pieces and freeze (you’ll need about 2 small bananas per serving).
Use a blender or food processer to blend bananas until they reach the desired texture (scrape the sides of the blender/food processer to make sure you don’t lose any of the ‘naner goodness).
Enjoy! It’s amazing plain, but you could also add dark chocolate nibs, almond butter, flaxseed, or whatever you can dream up.

You’ll want to drop what you’re doing and freeze some bananas NOW.
