Make It (Summery): Watermelon Icee
As I was cutting up my watermelon today, I noticed I had a lot of juice/extra pieces that didn’t make it into the tupperware. What to do, what to do? Normally, I’d just eat it. But I had a brilliant idea: combine the two most summery things ever (watermelon + icee) for a delicious pre-dinner snack. It was so easy! Here’s what I did:
- Blend watermelon into juice.
- Add ice, a few cubes at a time, until it reaches ideal icee texture.
- Add a squeeze of agave (or honey) if desired.
- ENJOY!
