Graze! I so wish they had this in the U.S. The website says:

It’s a great way to help lose weight and save a bit of money. Graze is a convenient way to get great tasting healthy food while you are at work. Everyone is different but we have found that most people find a box just the right amount of food for a whole day’s grazing.

I would definitely order these (they cost £2.99 including delivery) instead of buying Amy’s for lunch. I love the idea of having a little box I can graze from throughout the work day. They have Graze boxes for energy, well-being, pre-workout, and post-workout. Anybody in the UK want to try it and tell me how it is?
